  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

    • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (customs may cause delays)

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • You can track your order at any time through the carrier’s website.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted countries.

  • Certain products (such as liquids or supplements) may be subject to regional restrictions.


International Orders

  • Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.


Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once your package leaves our facility, it is in the care of the carrier.

  • If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as β€œdelivered” but not received, please contact the carrier directly.

  • We are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery is confirmed.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If an incorrect address is entered, we cannot guarantee redelivery or refunds once the package is shipped.
